Provisions of the ex art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679

Dear Sir / Madam, We inform you that Stocchetta Cilindri Srl, as Responsible for Data processing, will process – for the purposes and methods indicated below – the personal data you provided by filling in the form published on the website of the undersigned Company. In particular, Stocchetta Cilindri Srl will process the following data:

The treatment is based on your consent, and is aimed at finding your request for information.

The provision of data is mandatory for the achievement of the purposes listed above. Any refusal to provide the above data will make it impossible for Stocchetta Cilindri Srl to provide you with the requested feedback.  
  1. Area of Data communication
Your data may come to the knowledge of the specially appointed staff of Stocchetta Cilindri Srl as persons in charge of the processing. The personal data you provide will not be disseminated in any way.

5.1. Personal data are stored on servers located in Italy. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller ensures from now on that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and in particular those referred to in Title V of the GDPR. 5.2. Apart from the cases referred to in point 5.1., Your data will not be transferred outside the EU

The verification of the obsolescence of the data being processed with respect to the purposes for which they were collected and processed is carried out periodically.

These rights can be exercised through a specific request to be sent by registered letter – or certified email – to the Data Controller.
